MEDICATION REMINDERS

At Love From The Heart Homecare, our homecare team ensures that each specified client takes their individual medication as prescribed. Personal Support Worker assists clients in opening medication bottles, clearly reading medication labels, as well as reminding clients to take specific medication at specified times.

24 HOUR CARE

24 hour care can be provided on a daily or weekly basis, depending on the needs of the clients and also the family. 24 hour care relieves caregiver from the client, giving the caregiver time to relax, unwind or even get some errands done. We work with both client and caregiver to incorporate all respite care services they will initially require.

24 HOUR CARE/Respite 

24 hour support can be situated in short term or long term goals to keep the relationship of your loved one safe, healthy and happy at all times.

ALZHEIMER’S/DEMENTIA
